WHEREAS, on the 21st day of April , 1937, the
City Council passed andadopted x resolutionsordering
the impro e nn ?esigna.c . t a�,Sg tary Sewer Improvement s
SR-278/a sTg,?t'2C g SR-278 nritbted the City Engineer to
prepare and file plans and specifications of such improve-
mentsand xx estimates of the cost thereof, including x esti-
matesof the incidental expenses, :and the said plans and speci..
fications and estimatesof cost and estimatesof incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the city of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meet-
ing of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 5th day of
May , 19 37, at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council
will hear the objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolutiors ordering said improvements
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April ,
