BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 1000 o 'clock A. M. , May
5th , A. D. 1937, it would hear any objections of per-
f ' sons interesteo in or affected by the above designated
improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvementt,as
completed, be and the sameare hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May,
