Resolution 4020 RESOLUTION NO. 4020
WHEREAS, it has come to our attention that the Board
of County Commissioners of Dade County, Florida, are pro-
posing a measure for passage by this session of the Legis-
lature that will enable them to zone the unincorporated
territory in Dade County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that we do hereby heartily
endorse the proposal of said Board of County Commissioners
and we do hereby urge our Representatives and Senator to
use their influence with the Legislature for the passage
of this measure.
