RESOLUTION NO. 4022
A RESOLUTION DESCRIBING THE FORM
OF BALLOT TO BE USED AT THE GENERAL
CITY ELECTION JUNE let, 1937.
WHEREAS, the following named persons have been petitioned
by twenty-five or more qualified electors of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, to participate in the general election to be
held in said City on June 1st, 1937, said persons having been
requested to be candidates for the respective offices indicated
below, and
WHEREAS, each such person having been requested by separate
petition, which was filed with this City Council not more than
sixty nor less than twenty days prior to the time for the holding
of said election, to-wit:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk cause
to be prepared ballots for use at said election in number twice
as many as there are qualified electors, which ballot shall be in
substantially the following form, with the names above set forth
as candidates for the respective offices alphabetically arranged
thereon:
