IMPROVEMENT H-1g7 DISTRICT H-1g7
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of May , 19 37, the
City Council passed a,n9adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement desiE.;nacod as Highway Improvement
H-187 , District H-187, and directed the City Engineer to
prepare and file plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and sped.
fications and estimate of coot and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Flor. i(la, that tifle Cit, Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of. Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meet-
ing of the City Council. of Miami Beach on the 2gthlay of
June , 1937, at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council
will hear the objections of all ?persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
