Resolution 4025 RESOLUTION NO. 4025 •
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has installed water
mains to the value of $1,044.96 at the expense of the Miami
Beach Bay Shore Company in 41st Street Business Sub-division,
recorded in plat book 34, page 92 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, as follows:
Starting at a point at the south end of the alley between
blocks 1 and 2, a 6" cast iron main was installed running north
in said alley and then east to Garden Avenue and then east in
the alley between blocks 3 and 4 to the east side of Meridian
Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that said City refund to the said
Miami Beach Bay Shore Company the said cost of this installation
which is $1,044.96 one year from the date the total water sales
for one year from this said water main is fifteen percent (15%)
of the total cost of the said water main.
