SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-280 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the easement in Block 26,
Lakeview Heights Subdivision, from a point at or near
the centerline of Cherokee Avenue to a point at or near
the west line of Lot 6, add Block 26.
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta sewer lateral from the main
sewer to the line of approximately each fifty (50) feet of
abutting property, as a part of the main improvement.
As said Easement, Lot, Block, Subdivisidn and Avenue are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 5, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the
cast thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary
and other surveys, the inspection andsuperintendence of the work, the prepara-
tion of plans and specifications and estimates, the ;:rinting and publication
of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bondsi interest during construc-
tion, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated/to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.

This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-280, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SR-280.
