RESOLUTION NO. 4031
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-280 DISTRICT SR-280
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of June , 1937, the
City Council passed andadopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-280, District SR-28Q and directed the City Engineer to
prepare and file plans a,nd specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost tzereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and sped
fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted.
at the door of the City Hall in the city of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meet-
ing of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 28thday of
June , 1937, at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council
will hear tete objections of x.11 ncrsons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
