, N:iBREAS, cn the 16th day of June , 1937, the
. City Council passed and adopted e resolution ordering
the improvement designate-:a as Sidewalk Improvement
SK-g6 , District SK-86, and directia the City Engineer to
prepare andfile plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental experses, and the said plans and speci-
fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the Cit; Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and. Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meet-
ing of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 2gth day of
June , 1937 , at 10: 00 o1clock A. M. , the City Council
will hear the objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
