BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ;.7.IA:!I BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; tne City Council hereby setting, forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-281 The laying underground of an 8" terra cotta
sanitary serer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the west curb line of Pine Tree
Drive from a point at or near the centerline
of West 45th Street to a point at or near the
south line, produced easterly of Lot 6, Block 1,
Orchard Subdivision Number 4.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each seventy (70) feet of abutting property as
a part of the main improvement.
As said Drive, Stre-t, Lot, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 25,
Page 30, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
Plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publica-
tion of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest
during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any
other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-281, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR281.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 23rd DAY OF June A.D.1937.
