Resolution 4044 RESOLUTION NO. 4o44
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending, sup-
plementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the re-
gulations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That the Use Regulations on the following described
property, to-wit:
Blocks 6 and 7 of Forty-First Street Business
Subdivision, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
as same is shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book
314, Page 92, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
be amended so as to change the above described land from its
present Use Regulation District "RD" Single Family District to
what is known as the "RE" Multiple Family District, and
That the Use Regulations on the following described
property, to-wit:
Blocks 2 and 3 of Forty-First Street Business
Subdivision, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
as same is shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book
314, Page 92, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
be amended so as to change the above described land from its
present Use Regulation District "BA" Business District to what
is known as the "RE" Multiple Family District, and also
so as to change the above described Blocks 2 and 3 from their
present Area Regulation District No. 19 to what is known as
Area Regulation District No. 16.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 21st day of July, A. D. , 1937, at 10:00 o'clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ord-
inance No. 289.
