Resolution 4045 RESOLUTION NO. 4045
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach,
Florida, upon its own initiative will consider the amending,
supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the re-
gulations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in Ord-
inance No. 259, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami
Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 259, as amended, be
amended by adding thereto after Item (12) , the following
item:
" (13) Public Buildings and Public Utility Buildings,
only upon approval and permit by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
called for the 21st day of July, A. D. , 1937, at 10: 00 o'clock
A. M. , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordin-
ance No. 259.
