RESOLUTION NO. 4050
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-190 DISTRICT H-190
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 7th day of June 1937 , ordered the
Highway Improvement H-190 , District H-190
and las prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of saidimprovement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 28th day of
June 19 37 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-190 , District H-190 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $3312.32 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th duty of June , A. D.
1837 .
