RESOLUTION NO. 4055

BE IT RESOLVED D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby seting
forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of
. the City Charter:

H-183 From the eastrel ine of Collins Avenue
to the east line of Lot 2, Block A,
Amended Ocean Front Property of the
Miami Beach Improvement Company produced
southerly, to be paved, and where heretofore
paved to be repaved to a width of thirty—
nine (39) feet with a bituminous wearing
surface on a ten (10) inch rock base,
together with necessary drainage and
improved on both sides with a concrete
curb and gutter.
As said Street, Avenue, Lot , Block and
Property are shown on Plats recorded in
Plat Book 5, Pages 7 and 8 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as
said Twentieth Street is named and
designated in Ordinance No. 232 .
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve—
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-188, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for
the cost thereof shall be designated as District H-188.
