RESOLUTION NO. 4058
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICA-
TION TO THE WAR DEPARTMENT OF THE UNITED
STATES FOR PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT AN EXTEN-
SION OF FISHING PIER AT EAST VIADUCT OF
COUNTY CAUSEWAY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That M. N. Lipp, City Engineer for said City, be and he
is hereby directed and authorized to make application to the
War Department of the United States for permission to construct
a one hundred twenty foot extension of the present Municipal
Fishing Pier, situated along the south side of the East Viaduct
of the County Causeway, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
and to make such application in the name of said City or in his
own name as representative of said City.
