BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF : IAI; I BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to Proceed under Sections 29 nd 30 of the
Coity Charter:
SR-282 The laying underground of an 8" terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
ap} urtenances.
At or near the centerline of Chase Avenue
from a point at or near the south nroPerty
line of Lot 24, Block 2, Nursery Subdivision to
the north property line of Lot 22, said Block 2.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral
from_ the main sewer to the line of approximately
each 501 of abutting Property as a part of the
main improvement.
As said Street, Lots, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 23, at
Page 60 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.

The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of tie expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and speci-
fications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings , the preparation of bonds, interest during construc-
tion, legal services, abstracts, etc . , and any other expe ses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all Proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Snitary Sewer Improvement SR-282, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be rade for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-282.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th DAY OF July A.D.1937.
