IMPROVEMENT SR-282 DISTRICT SR-2g2
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of July , 1937, the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-2g2, District SR-2g? anddirected the City Engineer to
prepare and file plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and speci.

Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of. Miami Beach, a notice stating t'r^t at a meet-
ing of the City Council of Miami Beach on the g6gMday of
July , 1937, at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council
will hear the objections of all Persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
