RESOLUTION NO. 4065
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-1 gg DISTRICT H-Mg
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 30th day of June 1937, ordered the
Highway Improvement H-188, District H-lgg
and las prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 2lstday of
July 1937 , at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-lgg , District H-188 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $2,871.00 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund Surplus
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
