SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-2g2 DISTRICT SR-282
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 7th day of July 1937 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-28a District SR-2g2
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 21st day of
July 19 37 , at the City Hall in said City at 10: 00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-282 , District SR-282 ) be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of 8345.1$ is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund Surplus
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
