SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-284 The laying underground of an 8" terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the easement in
Block 7, Amended Plat of Second Ocean Front
Subdivision, from a point at or near the centerline
of 63rd Street to a point at or near the center-
' line of 67th Street.
At or near the centerline of the easement in
Block 6, Amended Plat of Second Ocean Front
Subdivision, from a point at or near the center-
line of 67th Street to a point at or near the north
line of Lot 16, said Block 6.
At or near the centerline of easement in Block 5,
Amended Plat of Second Ocean Front Subdivision,
from a point at or near the west curb line of
Indian Creek Drive to a point at or near the north
line of Lot 14, said Block 5.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each
sixty (60) feet of abutting property, as a part of
the main improvement.
As said Easements, Drive, Lots, Blocks, Subdivision,
63rd Street and 67th Street are shown on a Plat recorded
in Plat Book 28 at Page 28 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said Indian Creek Drive
is named and designated in Ordinance No. 495.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and. Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and speci-
f ications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary .
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for, and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.

This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-284, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-284.
