SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-283 DISTRICT SR-2S`3
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on the 4th day of August 193 7, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-283 District SR-283
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of sale improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Couneil would on the l8tlxiay of
August 19 37 , at the City Hall in said City at
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objections having been presented
at the time and p2.ace aforesaid,
T iEREFO1 E , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-283 , District SR-283 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $342.32 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund Surplus
the City Council hereby Ceclaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
