SANITARY SEWER SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-285 DISTRICT SR-285
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and adopt-
ed on the 12th day of August, 1937, ordered the Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-285, District SR-285, and has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement, and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City Charter
has been made that the City Council would on the 1st day of Sept-
ember, 1937, at the City Hall in said City at 10:00 o' clock A. M. ,
receive and hear objections of all persons interested to the con-
firmation of said resolution ordering said improvement, and no
objections having been presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-285, District
SR-285 be and the same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation
of $4+,x+99 .00 is hereby authorized to be set up from Sanitary Sewer
Bond Fund, Series 2, the City Council hereby declaring its inten-
tion to proceed with contract.
