HIGHWAY DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT H_169 H-169
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 20thday of August , 1337 , ordered the
Highway Improvement H-169 , District H-169 , and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council has
prepared and filed with the City Clark plans and specifica-
tions of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost cf the inciden-
tal expenses of said improvement, and zhereas due notice
ty publication as required by the City Charter has been
made that the City Council would on the 1st day of September,
1937 , et the City Hall in said City, at 10:0C o 'clock A. M. ,
receive and hear objections of all persons interested to
the confir-Tltion of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment, and/qo j actions having been presented at the time 'and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway Improvement
H-169 , District H-160i be and the same is hereby confirmed,.
and an appropriation of #16,095.20 is hereby authorized to be set
