RESOLUTION NO. ' 4091
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-173 H-173
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following describedimprovement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of
the City Chanter:
H-173 TWENTY-SIXTH STREET: From the east line of
Collins Avenue to the west line of ia►ni
Beach Drive, tobe paved, and where heretofore
paved, to be repaved to a width of thirty-nine
(39) feet with a bituminous wearing surface
on a ten (10) inch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,
manholes and catch basins, and improved on
both sides with a concrete curb and gutter.
As said Drivp,Avenue and Streets are shown on
Plat Book 5, Pages 7 and 8 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, and as said Street is
named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys,
the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and
publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-173, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for
the cost thereof shall be designated as District H-173.
