BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUI'CIL OF THE CITY OF r.:2AT=I BEACH,F LORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-lW? 37TH STREET; From the east line of Collins Avenue to a
point two hundred fifty-six (256) feet east of said east
line of Collins Avenue.
To be paved, and where heretofore paved, to be repaved
to a width of thirty-nine (39) feet with a bituminous
wearing surface on a ten (10) inch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets, manholes
and catch basins, and improved on both sides with concrete
curb and Futter.
As said Street and Avenue are shorn on a Plat recorded in
Plat Book 5, Pages 7 and 8 of the Public Records of Dade
County,Florida, and as said Street is named and designated
in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation_ of plans and specifications and estimates,
the .r' tine and publication of notices and oroceed'i cgs, the orepar-tion
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provid- for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot cf abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-177, and the property against which
assessments therefor nay be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District H-177.
