BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
iereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
charter;
SR-288 The la 'i_zg underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the center line of Twenty-sixth (26)
Street from a point at or near the centerline
of Collins Avenue to a point approximately one
hundred eighty (180) feet east of said centerline. .
Together with a 611 terra c-t :•a sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the property line of Lot 1, Block 6,
Miami Be ,cI Imnrc4vement Com anyts Ocean Front Property, as
a part or the nnin improvement.
As said Street, Avenue, L-t, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 7
and 8 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Street is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
11 of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the ;preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated. amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-288, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be design ted as District SR-28$.
