A RESOLUTION WAIVING OBJECTIONS TO THE
PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGES BY
MORTIMER C.GRYZMISH
WHEREAS, Mortimer C.Gryzmish, oroposes to make application to the
War Department for permission to construct two bridges over Normandy
Waterway connecting the south Isle of Normandy and the North Isle
of Normandy, all within the municipal limits of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, as shown upon two drawings marked Sheet 1 of 2 and
Sheet 2 of 2, and designated:
"BKETCH TO ACCOMPANY APPLICATION FOR PERMIT
TO CONSTRUCT TWO BRIDGES OVER NOBMANDT WATERWAY
IN BISCAYNE BAY BY MORTIMER C. GRYZMISH, J.A,BUILDING,
BOSTON,MASS. "
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presentedto and considered by the
City Council, and
WHEREAS, the construction contemplated by the said Mortimer
C.Gryzmish will not interfere with any plans for work which the said
City Council has in view,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City
of Miami Be?ch,Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that the saidCity
Council waive and it does hereby waive all objections to the said
proposed construction,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, A.D.1937.
