H-172 and H174 H-172 and H-174' - ,
WHEREAS* HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS H-167 ,168,172 and 174
Districts H-167 , havebeen completed and acceptance of
168,172 and 174
said improvements recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami teach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 19 :00 o 'clock A. M. on October
13th , A. D. 1977 , at the City Hall , at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
