A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.

IMPROVEMENT BH-7 DISTRICT '
WHEREAS, BULKHEAD IMPROVEMENT 7°7-7 ,
District EH-7 , has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. on October
13th, A. D. 19 `'y at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of October
A. D. 1937 .
