THE CONFIRMATION OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL.

WHEREAS , preliminary assessment roll has been
completed by the City Engineer andfiled by him with the
City Clerk, on the above described improvement in accord-
ance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30 , of the
City Ohr .rter.
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk cause
notice to be given in accordance with said City Charter
that a meeting of the City Council will be held at 10:AA
o • clock A. M. October 13th, T 19 37, at which
time all interested persons ray appear and file written ob-
jections to the confirmation of said roll.
