BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be :rade; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-289 The laying underground of an eight (0) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the west curb line of Pine Tree Drive
from a point at or near the south line ,produced
eastorly, of Lot 4, Block D, Surprise Lake Sub-
division, to a point at or near the north line,
produced easterly of Lot 5, said Block D.
Together with a 6" terracotta sewer lateral to
the line of approximately each one hundred (100)
feet of abutting property as a part of the main
improvement.
As said Drive, Lots, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 114,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The C .ty Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publica-
tion of notices and proceedins, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessment
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-289, and.. the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-289.
