HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-177 DISTRICT H-177
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed and
adopted on thel6th day of September 1937, ordered the
Highway Improvement H-177 , District H-177,
and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the
incidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 6th day of
October 1937 , at the City Hall in said City at1O:00
o& clock A. M. , recei- e and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvements and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-177 , District H-177 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $1, 990.67 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
