BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , October
13th, A. D. 1937, it would hear any objections of per-
sons interestec: in or affected by the above designated
improvementsas to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvemente ,as
completed, be and the same dmehereby accepted.
