AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICATION TO
THE WAR DEPARTMENT OF THE UNITED
ST(\TES TO CONSTRUCT A PIER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That M.N.Lipp, City Engineer for said City, be and he is
hereby directed and authorized to make appliortion to the
War Department of the United States for a Permit to con—
struct a pier in the Atlantic Ocean at 74th Street in the
City of Miami Beach, Florida., and to make such applioation
in the name of said City or in his own name as representa.
