SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-292 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta savary sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Abbott Avenue from
a point at or near the south line, produced
easterly, of Seventy-first Street, to a point at
or near the south line, produced easterly, of the
alley north of said Seventy-First Street, in Block
6, Normandy Beach South Subdivision;
At or near the centerline of the alley west of
Abbott Avenue, in said Block 6, from a point at or
near the south line, produced westerly, of the alley
north of said Seventy-first Street in said Block 6,
to a point at or near the north line,produeed westerly,
of said Block 6, Normandy Beach South Subdivision.
As said Avenue, Street, Alley $look and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 21, wage 54
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publications of notices
and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construc-
tion, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein providedfor;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-292, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SRM292.
