SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Coudcil hereby setting forth its inten-e
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR .293 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and recessary manholes and
appurtenances,
At or near the south line of the alley north
of Seventy«first Street in Block 6, Normandy Beach
South Subdivision, from a point at or near the
centerline of Abbott Avenue to a point at or near
thecenterline of the alley west of said Abbott Avenue
in said Block 6, Normandy Beach South Sub division,
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each
twenty»five (25) feet of abutting property on the
south side only of said alley,
As said Alleys, Avenue, Street, Block and Sub division
are shown on a Plat recorded in Pit Book 21, Page 54
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
TheCity Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plane and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary andother surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the pr inting and publication of notices
andproce:Edings, the preparation of bonds , interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SRw293, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-293,
