SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 11-1E CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement iff
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-296 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or rear the centerline of Priaire Avenue
from a point at or near the centerline of West
Forty-sixth (46) Street to a point at or near the
south line , produced easterly, of West Forty-seventh
(47th) Street.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of approxi»
mately each sixty-five (65) feet of abutting
property as Wpart of the main improvement.
As said Avenue and Streets are shown on plats
recorded in Plat Book A, Page 130 and Plat Book 9,
Page 114 of the Public Records of Dade County,Fla,
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of not ices
andproceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and properyin conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all prodeedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-296, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-296.
