Resolution 4161 RESOLUTION NO. 4161
WHEREAS, Shirley D. Haynesworth proposes to construct a
seawall, dredge and fill a parcel of property situated between
81st Street and 83rd Street, and lying west of a twenty foot
alley which is immediately west of and parallel to Collins Avenue,
in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, all as shown on two drawings
designated Sheet 1 of 2, and Sheet 2 of 2, and entitled as follows:
"Detail Plan to accompany application of Shirley D. Haynesworth
for permit to Construct Seawall, Dredge and fill his property on
Canal from Biscayne Bay at Miami Beach, Florida. W. C. Bliss, Engr.
Nov. 1937. " and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and considered by
the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Shirley D. Haynes-
worth will not interfere with any plans for work which the City
Council has in view, and said City Council further is very desirous
of having this work done,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled, that said City
Council does hereby waive all objections to the said proposed con-
struction, and urges the War Department to issue the permit as
requested.
