SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENE SR-298 & SR-299 DISTRICT S SR-298 & SR-299
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of December , 19 37, the
City Council passed and adopted sE resolutionsordering
the improvements design - d ads ni ary Sewer Improvements SR-298 and
SR-299, District s SR- ? r & tiei ' end the City Engineer to
prepare and file plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and speer •
fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liberty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meet-
ing of the City Council of Miami Beach on the 15th day of
December , 19 37, at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , the City Council
will hear the objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolutionsordering said improvements.
