BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 : 00 o 'clock A. M. , December
15th, A. D. 19.37, it would hear any objections of per-
sons interestec in or affected by the above designated
improvements a.s to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvements, as
completed, be and the same acre hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of Deeember,
A. D. 19 37.
