SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-301 SR-301
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
' its intention to proceed under Section 29 and 30 of the City
Charters
SR-301 The laying underground of an 8" terra, cotta sanitary
sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the east curb line of Pine Tree Drive from
a point at or near the north line, produced westerly
of Lot 3, Block 1, 13eachview Addition, to a point at
or near the south line, produced westerly of Lot 5,
Block 1, said Beachview Addition.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each
seventy-five (75) feet of abutting property, as a
part of the main improvement,
As said Drive, Lots, Block and Addition are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 1C of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintenden0e of the work, the preparation of Plans and. Specifics..
tions and Estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property,
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-30I, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-r301.
