WHEREAS, HIGHWAY • IMPROVEMENTS H-170,176,178,180 and 182
'176, 178,180 and 182,
Districts H-170/ havebeen completed and acceptance of
said improvements recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami -Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on January
5th , A. D. 1938, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment; as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of December,
A. D. 1937.
