A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SEWER LATERAL
IMPROVEMENT SL-13 DISTRICT SL-13
WHEREAS, SEWER LATERAL IMPROVEMENT SL-13 ,
District SL-13 , has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk causenotice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. on January
5th , A. D. 19 34 at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of December,
A. D. 1938 .
