SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR - 302 SR - 302

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-302 The laying underground of an (8) eight inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the alley west of
Abbott Avenue in Block 6, Normandy Beach South
Subdivision from a point at or near the centerline
of the alley north of 71st Street in said Block 6
to a point at or near the south line, produced
j easterly of Lot 6, said Block 6, Normandy Beach
South Subdivision.
As said Alleys, Avenue, Street, Lot, Block and
Subdivision are shown on a plat recorded in Plat
Book 21, Page 54, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publications of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services , abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-302, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost
thereof shall be designated as District SR-302.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22nd DAY OF December A.D. 1937.
