BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City .
Council to be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , January
5th, A. D. 1938, it would hear any objections of per-
sons interested in or affected by the above designated
improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvementP,as
completed, be and the sameat'te hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of January,
A. D. 1938.
