A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF PROP-
ERTY OWNERS 1'OR WRITTEN OBJECTIONS TO
THE CONFIRMATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICTS SR-276
IMPROVEMENTS SR-276 and 287 and 287
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements
in accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and
30, of the City Charter.
THERE FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be ,_riven in accordance with
said City Charter that a meeting of the City Council
will be held at 10:00 o'clock A. M. , on January 19th,
1934 at which time all interested persons may ap-
pea.r and file written objections to the confirma-
tion of said rolls.
