Resolution 4212 RESOLUTION NO.4212
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the certificate of
the Mayor, one Member of said City Council and the Supervisor
of Registration of the result of the canvass of the returns
of the Special Election held in said City on January lath,
1938, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said re-
turns and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
said City that they hereby adopt the said certificate as the
result of said election and it is hereby ordered that the
same be recorded in the minutes of this meeting as a perma-
nent record.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, A. D. ,
1938.
