A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS.
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS SR-271, 272,
SR-271, 272, 284, 285, 286, 284, 285, 2g6, 292,
292, 293, 295 AND 302 293, 295 AND 302
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-271, 272, 284, 285,
256, 292, 293, 295 and 302, Districts SR-271, 272, 2&4, 255, 296,
292, 293, 295 and 302, have been completed and acceptance of said
improvements recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk cause notice to
be given in accordance with the Charter of said City, that a meet-
int of the City Council will be held at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on
February 16th, A. D. , 1938, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of persons in-
terested in or affected by the said improvements as to the accept-
ance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of February, A. D. , 1938.
