BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , February
2nd , A. D, 193g, it would hear any objections of per-
sons interested in or affected by the above designated
improvements a.s to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvement', as
completed, be and the sameattm hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this2nd day of February,
