WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR--29�., 296, 297, 299and
296, 297, 299 and 301
Districts SR-291,havebeen completed and acceptance of
said improvementsrecommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on March
2nd , A. D. 1935, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
II' persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
mentsas to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
